Eating

  1. Only whole plant-based food is allowed.
  2. No alcohol, no sugar, no junk food.
  3. 2000 calories per day max. 1800 is acceptable. 1600 is the goal.

Internet and Entertainment

  1. Books and audiobooks are allowed.
  2. Social media, web surfing, music, and video games are prohibited.

Sports

Jog every second day. 40 minutes or 7 km min.
